Friday Night Poker
Action for tonight is as follows:
Doyles Rathnew, starts at 8.00pm. Seems to be getting 2 tables consistently now. €20 buy in and a starting stack of 2.5k and a 20 min clock. You can rebuy/topup 3 times and if your gone before the break you can buy a deadstack and the 3 topups for €50. All money taken in on the night goes back out in the prizefund. Peter Porter has been keeping me informed of winners and pictures when he goes here. This is the 3rd week of the Christmas roll over with €200 off the prizepool being held back. Play 7 out of the 12 weeks to qualify for the final night and your chance to win €1000, right before christmas. Last week I believe had 21 runners, and this game is getting bigger with the run into christmas and a big purse up for grabs at the end.

Whistlers Wednesday Night
There were 11 players in whistlers Wednesday Night and a cash game that ran late,
in the tournament there was a chop heads up between Niall Callary and Alice murphy who can claim back to back wins since her return with Brian Connolly coming third. Alice and Niall took €155 each for their troubles and brian taking €30. League points went to Niall Callary.
The increased starting stacks with earlybirds were brought up to 10k and with the 9k/11k rebuy/ top ups there is notably more play than the last league and we are seeing a few new faces so the game is going the right way and hopefully we will have a few more bodies next week!
Thanks to Conor for the updates.

EPT San Remo
I always "now & again" post something happening or that has happened in the poker world. Right now one of Ireland's best players (this comes from other pro players) Jason Tomkins or Blaaaaah666 as he is better known on twitter, has made the final table of the EPT San Remo (to add to a final table at this years WSOP). A cool €800k awaits the winner and there is a live stream somewhere on pokerstars, so if you have nothing to do, Virtual Rail the Irish man to the win!
Here is the link, which i believe is an hour behind but shows the hole cards, kicking off at 3pm.
