Star Poker Bray is on tonight and its the same tournament as a Friday Night "the double chance tournament. Be knocked out or go bust before the end of the break and you can rebuy again for €25 (20 plus 5 reg). Starts at 8.00pm and you can register up to 9.30pm. Blinds are 15 mins and a 10k starting stack. Cash Tables available when enough players are around to start. blinds are 25/50c, 10% rake once a flop is seen and capped at €3 per pot. I think the minimum you can buy onto cash for is €25 and the Maximum is €200.

Newtown Game Friday Night Results
A total of 19 players contested the Friday night tournament, and with 1 re-entry, there was a handsome prize pool of €700.
When it got down to the last 6, it was agreed that €20 should be taken off top prize of €300 for "the bubble". This went to Jean Molloy from Roundwood. Greg Gallagher was 5th and won €40. After several rounds of the table and with fairly level chip stacks, and the hour getting late, the final 4 players agreed to chop the prize money, and each got €160.
A final hand was played to determine places and the winner was Joey O'Brien. Second was Beaudine Brown. Third was Geraldine Nolan and fourth was David Brewster.
Thanks to Geraldine Nolan for continued detailed updates every week, much appreciated.
