Doyles Rathnew, starts at 8.00pm. Seems to be getting 2 tables consistently now. €20 buy in and a starting stack of 2.5k and a 20 min clock. Congratulations to Noel Keane who won the Thursday €30 Scalp Tournament last night. With a big chip lead Noel called an all-in shove pre-flop with K/10 against 6/5. A Board of 7,2,8,A,Q, with 4 Spades, gave him the nut flush and the win. Noel also cashed out for another €30 in Scalps.

The Old Forge Tuesday Night Results
Congratulations to Mick Dunne who took down last nights game in the Old Forge Wicklow. Mick and Niall Higgins agreed to a split the money and played out 1 hand for the points. Jason O'Brien was 3rd & Dan Bury 4th.

The first game to report is in the Olde Forge Wicklow Town, being run by Trevor Conyard from WicklowPkrScene/Chip & a Chair Poker Events. Week 21 of the league continues tonight.
Kicking off at 8pm, reg from 7.30pm, €30 freezeout (25 plus 5 reg ) Starting stack of 9k, early bird chip of 1000 for anyone in their seat by 8 and an extra 500 if you confirm by text 0868446556.

Consistently hits the 20 mark, the week before christmas we had 30 runners and more new faces playing every week. Niall O'Connor and Paddy Clarke currently share the lead on the league table. Pat Cowan took down the game before christmas.

Tournament players are also part of a league for 2 UKIPT Cork tickets worth €770 each that takes place in February 2013. Top 9 players at the end of the league qualify for the final table and top 2 of final table win a ticket each. Players chipstacks are calculated based on the amount of points they accumulate throughout the league and there are already over 50 players on the league table. €40 is taken from the pot each week to make the money for the 2 tickets.
With over 50 players in the league, the action at the top is heating up. Larry, Reimo and Darek are nearly guaranteed a final spot already, as they have a monster lead, but the final 7 places are anybodys as its quite close!

Sunday Poker - Star Monthly Deepstack
The only game on Today is the Star Monthly Deepstack Game. Kicking off at 2.30pm, you can late reg up to 4.30pm. buy in is €75 (65 plus 10 reg). Starting stack of 20,000 and blinds 25 minutes up to the break and 30 minutes after. This game usually gets 50 plus players and generates a decent enough prizepool, with last months over €3600.
