Jim Connors Benefit Tournament

As most people are probably aware by now, Jim Connors, a well liked and local poker player has been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease. Jim would be one of the more well liked guys on the poker table and not too many people would have a bad word to say about him.

Tomorrow night the 7th October, in Star Poker Room Bray, they are very kindly running a benefit night for Jim. It starts at 8pm, Buy ins are €20 with €10 rebuys up to the break and 1 €10 add on (I think the starting stack and rebuys are all 5k)

I would be expecting a fairly big crowd for this as a lot of Jims friend etc will be travelling for the game. (By the way, Jim himself doesnt know about the game, his brother is bringing him along!)

There will be lots of prizes including :
Free Tournament Entries, Restaurant Vouchers and much more.

We would appreciate as much support as possible.

Also a big thank you to a few lads from Big September & Scotty O Neill who will be dropping in to play a couple of songs on the night!
