Kicks off at 8.00pm, Buy in is €35 (20 buy in, 10 top up and 5 reg). If you dont take the top-up its €25. The starting stacks are 5k and the top is the same. Blinds are 15/20. Hot food served on the break. Always has 2 tables. Friendly Game, new players welcome, Ritchie Cullen runs the game here.
Star Poker Bray
Star are running their satellite game to the big €220 game this Sunday the 19th January (Buy in €20 €15 plus 5 reg). Starting at 8pm, you can late reg up the to the end of the break at 9.30pm. 5k starting stack, 15min blinds with unlimited €10 rebuys before the break with 1 €10 top up allowed at the break. So for every €220 in the pot a ticket will be given out for the game. Food served at the break, refreshments served throughout. Last week I think 3 tickets were given out.
Cash table available usually after 10 and fill up quickly. 25/50c blinds, 10% rake once the flop is seen and capped at €3 per pot. tables usually fill up fairly fast.

Finally Whistlers Wicklow Town
Starting at 8pm, all money taken in paid out on the night. €20 buy in with 2 €10 top ups/rebuys. 500 early bird chip if your in your seat by the start and 500 if you confirm by text. Best hand before the break also gets €20.
Whistlers have donated €500 to the final night to be played on the 13th March 2014. The Buy in for the final night will be €25 for 6k chips with 1 top up/rebuy for €15 and another 6k in chips. Any player that plays (up to a maximum of 6 weeks) will receive 1500 chips per week to add to their stack for the league final night.

ReplyDeleteTom, Whistlers game is 6k Starting Stack, 1k early bird and 500 chips if you confirm your entry by text. there are 2 rebuys/addons both 6k each (if you dont get either before the break you get an extra 1k)
ReplyDeleteAlso in relation to the league, you must play 4 out of 8 weeks to qualify for the final night and each night you play you get 1500 chips to be added to your starting stack for the final. so if you play 4 weeks, you get 6k in chips to be added to your starting stack of 6k!
Finally its a self deal game, everyone deals themselves. Its not my game, its run by a few regulars from the pub itself.
