Star Poker Bray, have their €25 (20 plus 5 reg) double chance tournie. Bust or be knocked out before the end of the first break at 9.30pm and you can rebuy for a further €25. Starts at 8.00pm and you can late reg up to 9.30pm. Starting stack of 10k, 15 min blinds and lately having been getting 50/60 runners. Refreshments available throughout and hot food served at the break.
Cash tables run until late and usually have 2 going. 25/50c blinds. 10% rake once a flop is seen, capped at €3 per pot, again the 2 cash tables usually fill up fairly fast.
Finally,
The Wicklow Co GAA Poker Classic in Lynhams of Laragh. A guaranteed prize pool of €2000! This can increase depending on the numbers. The last time this was ran it had apporx 80/90 players with cash tables also running.
Buy in is €30 and rebuys are €10 unlimited for 5/6 15/20 mins levels (this will be decided on the night) There will also be a top up available at the break at which point the tournament becomes a freeze out. Starting stack of 4k and top ups for the same amount.
Final table payout a minimum of €2000! (divide that between 9, this will be decent and its minimum, if there are more players the bigger the pool)
Finally there will be cash games/tables running. The last time this tournament ran there was 3 tables with a lot of money on the tables.
The games in rathnew & Newtown have been cancelled to facilitate this event.
